All patients who undergo a procedure under general anaesthetic will require an overnight stay in hospital and are recommended to have a minimum of 1 week vacation from work.
For patients receiving treatment under local anaesthetic are able to return to the home straight after their time in the clinic. Patients will be able to return to normal activities after a few days when they feel comfortable to do so. Procedures that are performed under local anaesthetic are classified as a minor surgical procedure.
The rhinoplasty procedure usually takes between one and three hours depending on the complexity of the procedure.
