What is skin tightening?

As our skin ages, it can change texture and lose elasticity. Exposure to the sun’s harmful rays can damage skin and speed up the ageing process, which may cause us to look older than we feel.

Skin tightening can be achieved on the face, neck, chest and abdomen.
  • How can it be treated?

  • We use Radio Frequency (RF) to safely deliver targeted bursts of heat energy to the middle and lowers levels of your skin. The heat energy tightens the skin’s existing collagen and stimulates the growth of new collagen, which plumps out skin and making it appear tighter and more youthful.

  • How many treatments will I need?

  • This depends how much tightening the skin requires.

A course normally consists of between 4-6 treatments.

  • Will it hurt?

  • No, most people notice a gentle warming sensation but discomfort is rare. Unlike a facelift, the treatment is relatively straightforward, so you can go back to your daily routine straight away.

  • When will I see the results?

  • Within a month, you should see some improvement. However, as new collagen continues to be generated, your skin should continue to improve for several months thereafter.
