What are fine lines & wrinkles
As we get older, our skin becomes drier and changes texture. It also loses elasticity, which causes fine lines and wrinkles. Exposing your skin to the sun’s harmful UV rays speeds up the ageing process and can cause you to develop lines and wrinkles much earlier.
How can it be treated?
We use Intense Pulse Light (IPL) technology to direct targeted light energy at the affected areas. Each pulse produces specific light wavelengths that are absorbed into the skin and turned into heat energy. The heat energy stimulates the cells that produce elastin and collagen, encouraging the skin to grow, reducing wrinkles and fine lines leaving skin looking renewed.
A combination of treatments maybe required including Radio Frequency and muscle relaxing injections (BOTOX®).

How many treatments will I need?
The amount of treatments you'll require depends on the extent of your lines and wrinkles. However, we use very high specification IPL equipment, which means you'll need to visit us fewer times than a clinic using less effective laser equipment.
Will it hurt?
The treatment isn't painful, although some patients do notice a slight stinging sensation. As the treatment is so straightforward, you'll be able to return to your daily routine or work straight away.
When will I see the results?
Your skin will feel noticeably smoother and more revitalised after the first treatment.
